There will be a Singles Devotional at Gary and Lisa Hundley’s House in Cary on Saturday (01/10) at 7:00pm. The devotional will be for both the ETCOC and TC singles. The Triangle Church is inviting all North and South Carolina campus students, singles and young married’s (and anyone else who is young at heart) to a New Years Eve Party at the church building in Chapel Hill. It will feature music, dancing, food, games and prizes. The festivities will get started at 9pm and going until 12:30am. The dress is semi-formal and the cost is $10.00 per person in advance ($15.00 at the door). A Congregational Devotional is planned for Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 7pm. We will be discussing our midweek plans for the spring.
There will be no Sunday Bible classes on Sunday, January 4th. Instead, Worship Service will begin at 10am. Children will be in the service.
We are excited to have Dr. Mark Ottenweller with us on Sunday, January 11, 2009! He will be teaching our Bible Class at 10am and preaching at our 11am service!
All college students and high school seniors are invited to the Southeast Campus Retreat from January 30 – February 1, 2009 at the Lifeway Ridgecrest Conference Center in Asheville, NC. Mark your calendars. Financial Peace University returns to the East Triangle Church of Christ. We are excited to offer Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University program to members and friends of East Triangle Church of Christ. Classes will begin on January 25, 2009. Financial Peace University is a 13-week financial program that will teach you how to get a handle on your financial situation and to make the right decisions about money.
