What is Kenya Kids?
You can make a difference in the lives of needy African children for just 99 cents a day ($30/month)! These children live in severe poverty, experience malnutrition, do not have adequate clothing, and many are orphaned at an early age. It will be hard for them to believe that Jesus loves and cares for them, when they ache in hunger every night.
In Matthew 25:40, Jesus said, “I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.” You are the hearts and hands of Jesus on this earth. You can make a difference to these children.
By pledging $30 a day, your money helps to support needy children, beginning with those in the Nairobi Christian Church. The money provides them with nutritional food packets, medical care, clothing, and basic school supplies. You can donate to an individual child or children and develop a pen-pal relationship with them or you can choose to donate to the KenyaKids program. This program began in our church, but HOPE worldwide now facilitates the distribution of these donations through its network of volunteers in Kenya.
